The Texas HIMSS Chapters appreciate your interest in sponsoring our Texas Reception at the HIMSS25 Conference & Exhibition at RockHouse at the Grand Canals on Tuesday, March 4th, (6:30 pm – 8:30 pm). This year we’re expecting over 250 attendees and are returning to RockHouse. 

· Sponsors will have a designated space for handing out materials to attendees

· Each sponsor will have their name and logo displayed on TVs

· Sponsor Drink Special’s available

· Sponsor can bring a total of 2 people to the event

· Sponsor’s name and logo will appear on the TX Chapter’s Registration web site with web link

· Sponsors can hand out free gifts at their designated area.

· Sponsors can mingle with the expected 250+ attendees from healthcare organizations from the Great State of Texas

· Sponsors can conduct their own private raffles

· All food and drinks are included

· We’ll continue our successful Sponsor Bingo game, requiring attendees to stop by each sponsor in order to participate in evening prize drawings
