AI Lunch and Learn at Capital Grille Downtown Dallas

Agenda: Join healthcare professionals and AI innovators for a stimulating conversation that will leave you inspired and empowered to leverage the power of AI for the betterment of patient outcomes.  As you indulge in a meal at Capital Grille, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about an initiative at BSWH called "Practice Simplification" that was developed to improve physician experience within a large medical group. The initiative utilizes AI technologies like ChatGPT and Ambient Listening, with participation from 160 physicians. BSWH has been able to correlate these efforts with quantitative and qualitative data, including a direct impact on Press Ganey scores. Speakers will present their findings, highlighting the collaboration between business/operations and IT in driving and implementing solutions.

Jill Reeves - Vice President of Quality - BSWH Medical Group:  Jill is a seasoned healthcare professional with 25 years of experience spanning various roles in the medical group practice, information services, and rehabilitation sectors. As the Vice President of Quality Medical   Group since 2021, Jill oversees critical aspects of organizational quality and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Jill served as the Director of Business Operations from 2019 to 2021, where she played a pivotal role in optimizing business processes and driving performance   improvements. Jill brings a wealth of expertise in information services management, having served as the Director of Information Services and Business Relationship Manager at Baylor Scott and White Health Care System from 2015 to 2018. In these roles, she facilitated   seamless  collaboration between IT and business functions, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization. Jill Reeves is a dynamic healthcare leader and has demonstrated a collaborative approach, fostering trust and accountability across multidisciplinary teams. Jill excels in driving results, exceeding performance targets, and adapting swiftly to changing environments while maintaining a focus on long-term goals.

Kristen Anderson 

 

 

 

Kristen Anderson:  Kristen is the IS Director of Ambulatory and Procedural Clinical Applications at Baylor Scott and White Health. Her career began at Epic Systems in 2009 as software tester on the development team, and she has consistently focused on aligning software with the needs of clinicians and patients. With nearly 15 years in the industry, Kristen has transitioned from creating application-specific solutions to leading large-scale rollouts, and now plays a key role in shaping strategic initiatives. Kristen is passionate about fostering deeper trust in   technology as a tool to bring about meaningful change and measurable outcomes.

Dr. Bradley 

 

 

 

Dr. Camille Bradley:  Dr. Bradley is the Medical Director of Virtual Health at Baylor Scott and White who is leading the charge in modernizing healthcare delivery through increased utilization of video and asynchronous visits at the system level. She also is actively involved in the internal development of artificial intelligence within her organization. She runs a growing family medicine clinic near downtown Dallas, where she can clinically vet new products and processes. Dr. Bradley's innovative approach is setting new standards in patient care and technology integration.
